SOHO Holly solidly carries out the "Safety Production Month" series of activities

      June 2024 is the 23rd "Safety Production Month" in China and the 31st in the province. In order to thoroughly implement General Secretary Xi Jinping's important statements on safety production and the important instructions and instructions on safety production work in Jiangsu, and to solidly promote the annual action of tackling the root cause of safety production, SOHO Holy has carefully planned and deployed, closely focusing on the theme of "everyone talks about safety, everyone knows how to respond to emergencies - smooth life channels", organizing a series of activities such as special meetings, theme lectures, safety training, and practical exercises.
     1、 Carry out comprehensive mobilization and deployment work
     On June 7th, the company organized a safety committee meeting and the 2024 "Safety Production Month" mobilization and deployment meeting to learn and convey the spirit of the speech made by the CEO of SOHO Holdings Group at the group's 2024 safety production scheduling meeting and the three-year action deployment meeting for tackling the root cause of safety production. Ma Hongwei, the secretary of the company's party committee and chairman, made mobilization and work arrangements for the "Safety Production Month" activity around the theme of "everyone talks about safety, everyone knows how to respond to emergencies - smooth life channels".
    2、 Carry out safety publicity and education activities
     On the morning of June 14th, the company held a "Safety Production Month" themed publicity and signature activity in the lobby on the first floor of Holly Building. The multimedia screen played a special education video on safety officers from the Provincial Safety Committee, and employees signed on banners with the theme of "Everyone talks about safety, everyone knows how to respond to emergencies" and received materials such as the "Jiangsu Province Fire Protection Regulations", "Jiangsu Province Safety Production Regulations", "Common Knowledge of Electric Vehicle Use", and the Safety Month publicity manual. They interacted and popularized safety production knowledge and skills on site, exchanged safety production experience and insights.
On June 24th, the company invited Professor Hou Zecheng, a lecturer at the Emergency Management Department Training Center and Deputy Director of Jiangbei New Area of Nanjing Emergency Management Society, to lead everyone in studying General Secretary Xi Jinping's important remarks on safety production, as well as the recent work requirements of the Provincial Party Committee, Provincial Government, and Provincial State owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission on safety production.
      3、 Promote 'bringing safety to the front line'

      Guided by the annual work plan for tackling the root cause of safety production in Soho Holly, with summer fire safety as the main line, focusing on the smooth management of life passages, company leaders and safety production management departments have carried out a series of "safety delivery" activities at the grassroots level. Special inspections on safety production have been carried out in Holly Building, employee dormitories, rental properties, and Ningwai production enterprises. Micro fire stations, fire extinguishers, and other equipment have been sent to the subsidiary Changzhou Aitao Knitting Company. Special lectures on safety production have been given to frontline workers, and guidance has been given to the planning and construction of evacuation routes in the factory area.

     4、 Strengthen education and training, as well as emergency drills
     On June 20th, the company organized a training session for new employees on evacuation and emergency evacuation knowledge and skills, highlighting the key role of life passages in evacuation and emergency rescue, strengthening safety awareness of not occupying or blocking emergency passages, and providing training on the use of fire extinguishers and fire masks for new employees.
      On June 27-28, the company hired a third-party professional organization to conduct a two-day closed safety production theory and emergency practical training for the safety officers of Suhao Hongye Comprehensive Emergency Rescue Team and its subordinate units. The trainees have further enhanced their knowledge of safety theory and emergency response capabilities in emergency situations through systematic training on safety production theory, initial fire disposal procedures, steps for using fire hydrants, use of fire extinguishers and smoke masks, and high-altitude self rescue and escape.
        Safety production is only ongoing, and safety work is always on the road until it is completed. SOHO Holly will take the "Safety Production Month" event as an opportunity, with a sense of responsibility of "always at ease", to coordinate development and safety, and to safeguard the company's high-quality development with high-quality safety.
