      On September 5th, the 2024 new employee training of SOHO Holly Corporation was held in the training room on the 12th floor of Holly Building. The training aims to enhance the sense of belonging and cohesion of new employees, adapt to the requirements of new positions faster, improve work efficiency, and inject new vitality into the sustainable development of the enterprise.
     Party Secretary and Chairman Ma Hongwei attended the opening ceremony and delivered a speech, proposing the requirements of "three loves" and "three practices" to new employees. He said that "three loves" refer to loving the company, loving the position, and loving colleagues; The "three practices" refer to practicing style in "small matters", being good at practicing pattern in "trivial matters", and daring to practice responsibility in "difficult matters". He pointed out that in the increasingly fierce market competition, talent cultivation is of paramount importance for companies to maintain their competitive advantage and market expansion ability. He encourages new employees to focus on their positions, leverage their strengths, and move forward courageously on the path of high-quality development in the company. Jiang Haiying, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager, welcomed the new employees of the company and shared her professional experience with them. With her nearly 20 years of work experience and personal insights, she serves as a career mentor for new employees and guides the growth and success of young people. Amidst waves of enthusiastic applause, the new employees clarified their development direction and strengthened their confidence in setting sail.
This training session lasted for two days, covering topics such as policy and system promotion for functional departments, risk prevention and compliance management, safety training, and experience sharing. At the same time, relevant industry experts were also invited to share courses and typical cases related to credit insurance. The course content has strong theoretical, practical, and targeted aspects. The new employees listened attentively in class, took detailed notes, actively participated in discussions, and completed various training contents with high quality.
